Approved credit card number must be provided for security holding. Card number will be returned/disposed upon return of equipment.
Equipment must be returned clean, or cleaning fee will apply @ $10.00 per item.
Hirer is responsible for any damage to equipment, and will be charged as per 'Raglan Surf Company Ding Repair Price List'. Snapped boards will be charged at replacement value, not repaired.
The hirer is responsible for lost or stolen equipment.
The hirer acknowledges liability to compensate Raglan Surf Company for lost, damaged or stolen items up to the replacement value.
Raglan Surf Company is not liable for any consequential injury or accident that may occur by the hirer whilst using the equipment.
No refunds if equipment is not used or returned early.
Returns after contracted period incur extra charges as per the exceeded rate.
