We are happy to: Exchange your goods
In the event that you purchase the wrong item or size of an item, purchases can be exchanged for an alternate size or store credit. You may exchange your purchase for an item of the same value where the following conditions apply.
- Proof of purchase is provided in the form of a receipt.
- The goods are in original packaging and condition with labels still attached and no signs of being washed or worn.
- Exchange is requested within 30 days after date of purchase.
We do not: Issue refunds
We are not obliged to refund your purchase if you have a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligation under the consumer guarantees act to provide a remedy. If there is no fault, an item exchange or store credit will be offered.
Please note: any purchases made on sale items are final, exempt from returns and our in-store loyalty programme.
Shipped items can be exchanged for an alternate size or in-store/online credit. Customer must cover any return shipping costs incurred. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any product during shipping.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on international purchases.
