NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING:
*Free Shipping New Zealand Wide on orders over $100 and up to $799.
Free shipping is not available on surfboards or high-volume orders due to size constraints.

We ship using NZ Post. Parcels are tracked and traced. Follow the progress of your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We cannot ship surfboards overseas. 
We offer tracking on all international orders.
Please check if import duties apply to your parcels/country.
We are not liable for individual countries tax/duties if there is a charge.

⚠️ Update: We’re not currently shipping to the United States while we update our systems to meet new import regulations. We’ll update this page as soon as US shipping becomes available again.

WHY CAN'T WE SHIP TO THE US RIGHT NOW?

New US import regulations introduced in September 2025 require extra customs details and prepaid duties on all business parcels. We’re currently adjusting our shipping setup to make sure orders arrive smoothly under the new rules. Until then, US shipping is temporarily paused.

DISPATCH 
Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be processed and placed in the post until 10am the following Monday. If a public holiday falls on a Monday, the order will be sent out on the following business day.

*All surfboards & high volume items are excluded from free shipping due to size constraints.
